Ticketing Conditions:
1. For sale in Bangladesh by Singapore Airlines appointed agents only.
2. Flight Applications: Valid on SQ/MI operated and marketed
flight
3. Ticketing Conditions:
a) All reservations must be confirmed prior to
ticketing.
b) Above gross fares must be shown in the FARE BOX.
c) All fares listed are not valid for travel on SQ1000 to SQ7999 and
SQ9000 to SQ9999 series
d) Stopovers / transfers: Permitted
e) Permitted combinations:
i) End-on combination is not permitted
ii) Turnaround open jaw is permitted. The higher return fares must be
charged.
4. Service Fees:
a) Revalidation / Date change - Permitted with
USD20 per transaction.
b) No Show - USD50
c) No Show and Rebooking - USD50 + USD20 = USD70
5. Cancellation / Refund:
a) Full unutilized ticket - No refund except VISA
not approved.
USD100 will be applicable as admin fee for refund process.
b) No refund for partial used ticket
6. Min/Max stay:
a) Minimum stay - 03 Days
b) Maximum stay - 01 Month
7. Side Trip: Not Allowed.
8. Ticket Endorsement : Non Endors / Non Reroute / Valid on SQ &
SQ/MI only.
9. KrisFlyer mileage : Not eligible.
10. Child / Infant discount:
a) Accompanied Child (2 years to under 12 years):
- Pay 75% of the above applicable fares. The applicable taxes, fees and
surcharges will apply
b) Unaccompanied Child / Minor (5 years to under 17 years):
- Pay 100% of the above applicable fares. The applicable taxes, fees and
surcharges will apply
c) Infant (Under 2 years) not occupying a seat:
- Pay 25% of the above applicable fares. The applicable taxes, fees and
surcharges will apply
