Tourism has become one of the basic strengths for many countries worldwide. Countries like Thailand, Indonesia have possessed a remarkable position in the tourism industry in the recent years. The industry itself creates billion dollar businesses worldwide. A lot of industry players in the recent years feeling it necessary to learn the basic techniques for attracting international visitors and to facilitate necessary infrastructure. The marketing concept, feasibility, commercial modeling is proven very critical for proper tourism industry. The 2-day seminar targets the executives for international tourism industries to share and learn the inherent characteristics of the tourism industry.

2. Workshop on Private- Public Partnership (PPP) Modalities for Community Welfare:

One of the most critical aspects of implementing successful and sustainable Private-Public Partnership programs at the community level is the design and development of appropriate projects and its importance to the community welfare. Government and state agencies, municipalities, regulatory bodies, and utilities should be cautious in designing and conforming the technical and financial requirements of all such projects and relevant programs to ensure appropriate performance and to alleviate the hindrances that private players may face in carrying a PPP project. However, the overall community plan must be carefully examined by the state agencies before a PPP program is initiated. This workshop will provide the participants a basic platform to

understand and exchange views on the effective PPP programs at the community level.
